Unlimited Plus Support Package

 

A Unlimited+ support package is available for any of our time and attendance computerized solutions. This package has been developed to offer you total peace of mind in the event of a system error, anomaly or simply to advise with re-programming. This includes telephone, email and remote support using "LogMeIn Rescue", please click here for further details relating to this program. Permission is required by you each time remote support is requested and allows us to resolve all software anomalies with speed and efficiency.

 

Hardware support includes site visit for repair and where possible a temporary replacement will be offered if it is necessary to extract the original time recording terminal from site, for bench repair and diagnostics.
