Return to Base (RTB)

As a low cost alternative support option for all our clock card based systems, we are able to offer an RTB solution. Primarily developed for our clients who prefer to pay for support only when it's required due to a system fault or error. This includes telephone support to assist in the re-setting of all/part programming, initial problem solving and step-by-step instruction for fitting a replacement ribbon cassette. Additional hardware support is return to base for repair and full diagnostic (if required).

We will where possible, advise the customer of potential costs for replacing any parts to make the system operational, prior to fitting them.

All work is carried out and charged at £9.00 per quarter hour, plus vat. Additional charges would include return carriage inclusive of insurance. Our engineer's aim is to provide an honest response to your request for assistance.
