RTB Remote Plus Support

 

An RTB Remote+ support package is available for any of our time and attendance computerized solutions. This package has been developed to cater primarily for (although not limited to) our mail order items and includes telephone and remote support. We now have the ability to login remotely to your pc (with your permission) to review and repair any software anomalies. Our product of choice to complete all remote online work is via "LogMeIn Rescue", please click here to link to further information about this product.

 

All hardware support is return to base for repair and a full diagnostic, only if required.
